X-PAC LLIF
Open Architecture - BRIDGING BONE MATTERS
The X-PAC design relocates the intra-cage expansion screw to the insertion instrument, creating an open architecture from endplate to endplate.
This cage feature, along with enhanced graft packing instrumentation, maximizes graft volume for optimized bridging bone fusion.
Maximized Posterior Expansion - DECOMPRESSION MATTERS
X-PAC expands both anterior and posteriorly supporting height restoration of the disc space. The maximized posterior expansion helps to adequately open the foramen to facilitate indirect decompression.
Powerful, Controlled Expansion - SAFE EXPANSION MATTERS
Relocating the expansion screw to the insertion instrument, allows for a larger, highly polished screw to be used to reduce friction, enhance tactile feedback, and increase lifting power. X-PAC provides procedural control, enabling slow and controlled cage expansion with the flexibility to start and stop as needed, minimizing the risk of early torque out. Additionally, unidirectional locking teeth help mitigate postoperative cage collapse.
Multiple Inserters - BONE QUALITY MATTERS
Relocating the expansion screw to the insertion instrument enhances versatility by allowing for multiple inserters with incremental lifting force to accommodate different bone qualities. X-PAC allows for easy exchange of inserters for seamless adjustments in lifting force as needed intra-operatively.
